The Lynchburg Neighborhood Development Foundation
(LNDF) finances and develops housing in the Central Virginia area, enabling citizens of
low and moderate income to live in safe,
decent and affordable homes.
Founded in 1993, this private, non-profit organization actively works to increase home ownership by processing loans and providing financing, counseling, and assistance to qualified applicants. LNDF designs its programs to address the interests, needs, and resources of the Lynchburg community.
