Affordable Mortgage Program's Application Process
Applicant must:
Fill out and sign standard application
Sign authorization for credit check
Supply income and employment verification
Enroll in Pre and Post Homebuyer Class
LNDF will:
Prepare applicant package
Present package to review committee
Inform applicant outcome of review
If denied, applicant will receive assistance to correct problems
If pre-qualified, applicants assisted throughout closing process
Provide continued assistance to homebuyer as needed.
