Eligibility Requirements
You are a first time homebuyer or have not owned a house in the past 3 years
You have earned income under 60% of the area median (depends on family size--to be determined during application process)
You have been employed at your present job for at least one year full time
Must be credit worthy
You are willing to participate in a home buyer education class
You agree to participate in post-purchase counseling
