Affordable Mortgage Program and
Central Virginia Regional Loan Fund
LNDF offers homeownership and mortgage assistance to families and individuals interested in purchasing their first home. Mortgages at below-market rates and funds for down payment assistance are available to eligible and qualified applicants. The program will finance the purchase of an existing house on the market as well as newly constructed or renovated homes. You may purchase one of LNDF's properties or a property that is for sale. All homes must meet VHDA guidelines before final loan approval.
LNDF also provides special loans
to low-income persons
with special focus on the downtown neighborhoods.
The Lynchburg
Community Loan Fund
is a community development financial institution (CDFI).
