Lynchburg Housing Partnership
Owner-Occupied Home Repair Fund
LNDF assists owner-occupants repair their homes. Blending a combination of funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and City of Lynchburg, LNDF can bring up to $12,000 in repair funds to improve and maintain the region's housing stock. In partnership with other non-profits housing developers throughout the planning district, LNDF has directed funds to assist more than 180 low and very low-income owner-occupants repair and maintain their homes.

This program represents $1,260,000 new dollars.
