Who Can Apply?
Who Can Apply for Shelter Plus Care?
Applicants are referred to the program from local agencies and shelters. Applicants must be willing to be involved in the supportive services aspect of the program. These include:
Case Management ( e.g.. ongoing treatment of substance abuse)
6 month verifiable sobriety
All previous rent history
Income adequate to pay monthly utilities and other expenses
